Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for booking operations, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Retention and deletion procedures are documented in internal policy.

If a shop owner requests account deletion, booking records for that shop are deleted immediately, and the account enters a 7-day grace period before hard user deletion.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations under AU and GDPR-compatible legal bases.
